She was giving this large party and everyone was there except the hostess. And finally down this great staircase marched Gloria and there wasn’t a sound in the room. And she had on, I remember so well, a Spanish dress with all little ruffles and she paused a moment and walked down and suddenly there wasn’t another woman in the room. She was marvelous.
